TERMS OF SERVICE
I. CONDUCT
All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.
All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted.
Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.
Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or canceled.
II. PAYMENT
Commissions must be paid after sketch or lineart.
Payment through PAYPAL if you are international, GCASH if locally (Philippines).
III. PROCESS
Commissions are generally expected to take 1-2 weeks depending on the difficulty and order from full payment to completion, however, it may take longer as I am a minor, a student.Fullbody artworks are currently closed but they take a week and character sheets take almost a month. (Both are closed, will update soon)If there are any circumstances that delay commission completion, the client will be informed.
IV. REVISIONS
The subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted.
Revisions during the sketch stage are free of charge.
Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload.
No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.
V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY
The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at any time.
You pay 20% during the sketching phase, 50% at anything else such as lineart, base colors, shading..
If the client ceases contact for over 2 week, the commission will be considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.
Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal action may be taken.VI. COPYRIGHT + USAGE
Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.
Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.
The artist reserves full rights to the work produced.
- I am allowed, the artist, to post the artwork everywhere to promote myself, display it anywhere ( social media, carrd/websites, portfolio ), anything else unless the client says so.
All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use licenses can be provided for additional fees and negotiation.
Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.
-Do not use ART for NFTS.
